This CD contains the complete texts (headings, details, legal facts, etc) of a wide range of penal sentences pronounced by the High Court since 1995. Each sentence is classified according to the same system as the entries for the Repertorio della Giurisprudenza Italiana.
The flexible search engine enables the user to access sentences in different ways: through details, through cited norms, through the names of judges, through classification, through key words, etc.
The CD is updated every six months and each new CD completely replaces the previous one.
