Dating back 152 years, Giurisprudenza Italiana is the oldest national
legal journal. It contains the most important sentences pronounced
by the Constitutional Court, the High court and other levels of
the State’s legal system, comments written by leading specialists
with ample reference to doctrine and jurisprudence, as well as doctrinal
articles on the most controversial legal questions. The contents
are divided according to the branches of the law: civil and civil
procedure, commercial, administrative, taxation, penal and penal
procedure, with constitutional and international law divided between
each section. The journal has a separate supplement (Recentissime),
containing a summary of the latest sentences pronounced by the Constitutional
Court, the Civil and Penal High Courts, and the Council of State,
as well as the most recent rulings in Parliament.
