The Rivista dell'Esecuzione Forzata, a quarterly directed by Romano
Vaccarella, is the answer to lawyers’ increasingly frequent
demand for clarity concerning the institutes of routine use. The
journal began life in response to the need to clarify the thousands

as a forum for the debate on future prospects for law enforcement
