This publication is divided into the following parts:
I. Notiziario legislativo (Legislative News): a chronological survey
of all the laws and other sources of penal or procedural importance,
together with illustrative notes.
II. Commenti articolo per articolo (Commentaries Article by Article):
the complete texts of the most significant laws passed in the previous
four months. This represents the most exacting part of the journal:
renowned specialists annotate and comment on each article of the
most interesting and important pieces of legislation.
III. Leggi penali e Corte Costituzionale (Penal Laws and the Constitutional
Court): a chronological report on all the rulings of the Constitutional
Court concerning penal law. The complete text of the ruling is published,
along with the juridical grounds, and brief notes containing data
and explanations of the issues resolved.
IV. Il punto su… (The point about…): an update on debates, outcomes,
analysis of important themes of jurisprudence, and more.
V. Giustizia penale al vaglio europeo (Penal Justice under European
Scrutiny): a summary of each ruling on penal matters made by the
European Court of Human Rights.
VI. Questioni pendenti di legittimità costituzionale (Questions
Pending before the Constitutional Court): the full picture, constantly
updated and practical, of the forthcoming decisions to be taken
by the Constitutional Court.
Each number contains an exhaustive analytical index by subject,
as well as a short insert which gives details of the most recent
innovations since the previous issue. An annual index is also published
containing the analytical index according to laws, or articles reproduced
or quoted.
